Dehydrated vegetables, as a healthy and delicious food, naturally many people are concerned about their safety issues. In fact, since the development of the dehydrated vegetable industry, the qualification standards have been very perfect. Today, the China Dehydrated Vegetable Trading Network will share the qualification standards for dehydrated vegetables with everyone, providing you with a reference when choosing.
1. The appearance should be neat, uniform, free of debris, mold, pests, and impurities. For dry products, it is required to have a complete shape, basically uniform thickness, and slightly curled or wrinkled dry pieces, but not severely bent, without fragments; For blocky dry products, uniform size and regular shape are required; For powdery products, it is required that the powder is fine, uniform in particle size, and non adhesive.
2. Color. It should have a similar color and consistency with the original vegetables.
3. Odor. It has the original smell of vegetables and has no odor.
4. Limits. The total percentage of sensory non-conforming products in each batch of samples should not exceed 5%.
5. Moisture content. The moisture content of powdered dehydrated vegetables is ≤ 6% (mass fraction), while the moisture content of other dehydrated vegetables is ≤ 8% (mass fraction).
Generally, when choosing dehydrated vegetables, you can determine whether they are qualified by observing their appearance, color, and smell. And in fact, as long as you identify a legitimate manufacturer, you generally won't buy unqualified dehydrated vegetable products.
